Thank you for visiting and shopping at Pulsio. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Estimates & Delivery Times

Our standard shipping delivery time takes approximately 7-15 business days after processing, depending on your region and location. Estimated delivery dates will be shown at checkout based on the carrier options available.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours, allowing you to monitor your package directly on our website or carrier platforms.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Pulsio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Customs delays are uncommon, but if they occur, they may extend the delivery timeframe beyond our initial estimate.

Lost or Misdelivered Packages

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office and contact us immediately at pulsioair@gmail.com. We will assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier.
